South America’s Largest Metropolis
Sao Paulo, Brazil
Although South America’s largest metropolis is not the most beautiful, it is thriving in artistic energy and a relentless nightlife. A must-do is Kaa; dine with the elite at this hip restaurant with a 4’300-square foot vertical garden, a wall draped in plant species from the Mata Atlantica. Contemporary, exquisite cuisine awaits you – dishes such as Brie tortellini with fig jam or squid stuffed with crayfish and black risotto are flawlessly crafted. It's cultural energy is fueled by Brazil’s largest and best -educated middle class, as well as by the hundreds of ethnic groups - including the largest communities of Japanese and Italian descendants, as well as a significantly large Arab community.
