La Canonica cooking class: The hotel's cooking classes are kept deliberately small and private in order to guarantee personal attention and handson involvement. The atmosphere is festive and formal and the two-hour class ends with a meal, the one that you and the chef have just made together. Hot Air Balloon
Hot-air ballooning offers passengers the chance to explore the breathtaking landscapes from a totally unique perspective. After at least an hour’s flight in the soft wind, a traditional balloon toast will take place.
