A short Cessna flight away from Bali lies Moyo Island, an Indonesian wildlife reserve. Amanwana and its 20 tents along the jungle-covered beach are a wilderness hideaway, and in fact the only resort on this island. The protected marine park offers some of the best scuba diving and snorkelling in Indonesia, with pristine reefs boasting a rich array of sea life. Jungle treks on Moyo offer you the chance to discover waterfalls and a variety of birdlife. The island is also home to a deer sanctuary for the indigenous rusa deer.
