The Multicolored Seas
Seaside in Egypt
Don’t be mislead by it’s name - The Red Sea displays a palette of blues rarely seen anywhere else in the world. Take a boat far from shore, far from people, and spend the day on a private islet of sand, swimming in those blues. Visit one of the most beautiful virgin beaches in the world, Agiba beach (which means "miracle" in Arabic) the pride of Marsa el-Sharif. The clean sand and cool waters of the beach are snuggled between cliffs. And then there's Cleopatra’s Beach - a wonderful bay located on the opposite side of the biggest lagoon in Marsa Matrouh. Its clear waters surrounded by rocks give the impression of a vast, square pool in which, according to the legend, Cleopatra came to bathe with her lover Mark Anthony. If the underwater world fascinates you, look no further than diving in Egypt's waters. Don’t forget that Egypt also sits on the Mediterranean shore. Why not spend a few days in Alexandria and its surroundings?
Don't miss out on the rest of what Egypt has to offer - Step back in time down the Valley of the Nile, before your relaxing days by the sea...
